UW-Green Bay Theatre and Dance will be presenting “Julius Caesar” by William Shakespeare on April 26-27 and May 2-4, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the University Theatre located in UW-Green Bay’s Theatre Hall building. Former Green Bay Phoenix women’s basketball players will be joining the Wisconsin GLO team, the Journal Sentinel reports. Horizon League Player of the Year Mehryn Kraker was added to the roster this week, joining fellow UW-Green Bay alumni Allie LeClaire, Jessica Lindstrom and Julie Wojta. Read more.
The Green Bay Packers have announced the new additions to TitletownTech. Aaron Kennedy will be joining the TitletownTech team as the UW-Green Bay entrepreneur-in-residence. Kennedy is the founder of Noodles and Company, and will work to advance early-stage ventures and entrepreneurial opportunities in the region as well as connect UW campuses to TitletownTech. UW-Green Bay alumnus Cordero Barkley ’09 ’16 (Business Administration, Master’s in Management) will join TitletownTech as director, Finance & Investments. Barkley has a background in wealth management and banking with prior experience at Associated Bank and Wells Fargo. Read more.
Reported by the Eagle Herald, Theatre on the Bay will hold auditions for “Mamma Mia!” May 4-5, 2019 at the Herbert L. Williams Theatre located at the UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus. Those auditioning will be given a time on either May 4 or 5 to present a monologue and song, and must attend a short choreography audition May 5. Read more.
