University of Wisconsin-Green Bay graduate Katie Von Holzen of Winneconne, has been awarded a $7,500 Graduate Scholarship from Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. Von Holzen graduated summa cum laude in December 2009, with a major in Psychology, and minors in Human Development and German. She had a 3.95 grade point average.
