Another tip of the kappa to campus Phi Kappa Phi chapter

The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi — the nation’s oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines — recently recognized the UW-Green Bay chapter of Phi Kappa Phi as a Chapter of Merit. There are about 300 Phi Kappa Phi chapters nationwide, and Chapter of Merit distinction for 2013 was awarded to just 50. The recognition goes to thriving chapters that meet frequently, hold annual initiations and apply frequently for Phi Kappa Phi’s select scholarships, grants and fellowships. Said Associate Prof. Ryan C. Martin of Human Development, chapter president, “We’re proud and honored to receive this award, as it will allow us to continue to provide outstanding opportunities to our membership and to grow our chapter.”
