UW-Green Bay is one of only three four-year universities in Wisconsin taking part in Project Win-Win. The program, from the Institute for Higher Education Policy, is designed to track down former college students who have never graduated but have enough credits for an associate’s degree. The project also works with students who are a few credits short of a degree. Colleges and universities in six states are taking part in the project, including all 13 two-year UW campuses, UW-Platteville and UW-Stevens Point. Here’s a link to an article in Inside Higher Ed.
