Award-winning Cofrin Library staff share knowledge on campus, beyond

Librarians from UW-Green Bay’s award-winning Cofrin Library are sharing their smarts here on campus and beyond, having presented (or set to present) at several conferences during spring semester. A roundup is as follows:

Marlys Brunsting, Library Automation Coordinator, co-presented Implementing Primo in the Wisconsin Consortium at the ELUNA (Ex Libris Users of North America) meeting in Athens, Ga. earlier this month. She also co-presented The Changing Copyright Landscape at the Faculty Development Conference in Green Bay in January. 

Renee Ettinger, Reference & Instruction Librarian, served as a panelist for Evolving Reference at the Wisconsin Association of Academic Librarians conference at Elkhart Lake in April.

Joe Hardenbrook, Instruction & Reference Librarian, and Anne Kasuboski, Distance Education & Reference Librarian, presented Get ‘Embed’ with Your Librarian! Meeting the Needs of Students Online at the Wisconsin Association of Academic Librarians conference at Elkhart Lake in April.

Joe Hardenbrook is also presenting “I Didn’t Know I Could Use the Library!” How to Reach Online Students at the Workshop for Instruction in Library Use (WILU) in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada this week.

Mitchell Scott, Resource Sharing Librarian, presented a poster session titled Yours, Mine, Ours: Expanding ILL POD Programs While Maintaining Collection Development Ties at the ILLIAD International Interlibrary Loan conference in Virginia Beach, Va. in March.
