Throwback 90’s with Kel Mitchell

A large crowd gathered last Wednesday (Feb. 3) in the Phoenix Rooms in anticipation of reliving a few childhood moments. For many 90’s kids, comedian Kel Mitchell was a big part of their lives — recalling his burger-boy serving and orange-soda gulping appearances in Nickelodeon’s Kenan & Kel, All That and the spin-off movie Good Burger. Mitchell, sponsored by Good Times Programming, performed a stand-up act with his same old 90’s comedic charm. Throughout the years, Mitchell made appearances in Sister, Sister, Nash Bridges, Good Luck Charlie and even voiced T-Bone in the series Clifford the Big Red Dog. Missed him last Wednesday? You can catch him in the live-action sitcom “Game Shakers” which started airing last September. Student photographer Kayla Ermer snapped a few photos to shake some memories.
