The Weidner Center is waiving all base rent for any campus activity held for the purpose of academic activity, advancement or recruitment and is a non-revenue generating event. The Weidner staff is excited to engage more with its campus community and would like to suggest participation in one of the following sessions to meet the staff, tour the facility and learn more about how you can use the Weidner to further your work in supporting the vibrancy, academic rigor and sustainability of the UW-Green Bay community. Open House Sessions will be held in the Grand Foyer on the following dates:
Monday, Feb. 5 at 10 a.m.
Tuesday, Feb. 6 at 3 p.m.
These sessions will provide a detailed breakdown of the process for requesting dates, what can be provided as part of your activity and what direct expenses are associated with different kinds of events. There will also be discussion on a new communication plan that will roll out in May designed to keep you informed of 2018/19 programming at the Weidner that has curriculum- integration opportunities for your student communities and classes.
