Extraordinary high school premiere gets inspiration from UWGB’s Sutton

When Warren Gerds/Critic at Large, wrote a column this week about an upcoming Green Bay Southwest High School “World Premiere” musical, he mentions the connection to retired UW-Green Bay faculty member Brian Sutton. Sutton’s “Searching for Romeo,” provided inspiration to playwright (and Southwest music director) Brandon M. Rockstroh. Performances are at 7 p.m. Nov. 24, Nov. 25, Dec. 1, Dec. 8 and Dec. 9 in Southwest’s auditorium. Tickets will be available starting Nov. 5.
