Prof. Kaye reviews Ken Burns documentary ‘The Roosevelts’ at Daily Beast

UW-Green Bay Prof. of Democracy and Justice Studies Harvey Kaye is an interested observer of all things FDR, and he weighs in with a review of the Ken Burns documentary “The Roosevelts,” which is drawing strong ratings and dominating the evenings on PBS stations this week. Kaye’s essay is published at the national news and commentary website, The Daily Beast. Though he proclaims himself a fan of Burns’ work, Kaye says the filmmaker’s latest effort scarcely mentions the populist and progressive tides that powered Franklin Roosevelt’s success as president and the nation’s emergence from the Great Depression and WW II.  See http://t.co/hOLaTjkTlE.
