Faculty note: Wheat talks energy at ‘Great Decisions’

Political scientist Elizabeth Wheat, assistant professor of Public and Environmental Affairs, addressed an audience of more than 100 citizens Monday night as part of the Great Decisions speaker series at the Manitowoc Public Library. Wheat addressed the question of whether the U.S. government, with fixed resources, should encourage more traditional fuel production or invest more heavily in the young technology of renewable resources.
