More talk radio, today and Thursday, for Prof. Kaye on FDR, Paine

Prof. Harvey J. Kaye of Democracy and Justice Studies is making the media rounds in advance of publication later this spring of his new book on FDR. He will be interviewed during the 10 p.m. Central hour tonight (Tuesday, Jan. 7) on the syndicated Rick Smith Show: Where People Come to Talk. The UW-Green Bay professor and the blue-collar, Pennsylvania-based host will be talking about FDR, the Four Freedoms, and Roosevelt’s “Economic Bill of Rights.” You can listen live or check for an archive cut at http://ricksmithshow.com.

On Thursday (Jan. 9) Kaye will be a guest on The Allen Ruff Show, at noon CST over progressive radio WORT of Madison, to talk Thomas Paine past and present. Go to http://www.wortfm.org for the show.

Kaye appeared Monday on the nationally syndicated Thom Hartmann show to talk the 73rd anniversary of FDR’s “Four Freedoms” speech. There’s a clip from the 1941 speech, as well as the entire 10-minute, via-Skype interview. It’s a lively and informative segment, at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxBDyFfB40E&feature=youtu.be.
