About that January conference…

The 18th Annual Faculty Development Conference will be held Jan. 24, 2014 in the University Union. This year’s theme is “Assessment as a Tool for Change.” The keynote address, “Assessment in Higher Education: Useful, Sensible, Feasible, and Acceptable to Accreditors,” will be delivered by Barbara E. Walvoord, professor emerita from the University of Notre Dame and author of the book Assessment Clear and Simple: A Practical Guide for Institutions, Departments, and General Education.
