It’s time to cook the books … Edible Books

Are you a “foodie”? Do you like to read? Then the Edible Book Fest is for you. The Cofrin Library will hold its second annual Edible Book Fest from noon to 2 p.m. Monday (April 15) on the Library’s 3rd floor. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: People’s Choice, Biggest Wow Factor, Best Interpretation of a Tile, “Punniest,” and Most Likely to Be Eaten. This year organizers are partnering with the Student Government Association to raffle off the edible entries. Tickets are $1 a piece or 10 tickets for $5. All proceeds will go to a local food pantry.
