Early notice on MLK observance Jan. 19, student contest

It’s not too early to mark your calendars…. UW-Green Bay is an annual co-sponsor of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Celebration, to be held this winter from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 19, at the Student Center at NWTC on Green Bay’s west side. The theme for this year’s celebration, the 18th annual, is “Advancing the Dream Together: What is My Role?” As always, a youth posters/essays/poems contest is open to all K-12 students in Brown County. For details on the Jan. 19 event or the contest, consult http://www.browncomlk.org/.
