Already broadcast to all employees but repeated here for the record are details on three info sessions scheduled this week on campus:

• Wednesday (Sept. 26), 2 to 3 p.m., Union’s Christie Theatre
• Wednesday (Sept. 26), 5 to 6 p.m., Union’s Alumni Rooms

James C. Fox, Ph.D., managing director of Fox Lawson & Associates from St. Paul, Minn., has been selected and will begin working on a comprehensive compensation, benefit and workload study for UW-Green Bay. The open forums have been scheduled with Fox to provide an overview of the process and an opportunity for employees to ask questions. Human Resources says one session will be recorded and available online for those who cannot attend. Development of new personnel rules and guidelines — necessitated at least in part by recent changes for public employees statewide — will be completed by July 1, 2013. UW-Green Bay officials say the compensation/workload project is a vital part of that process.
