Women’s b-ball completes coaching staff with new hire

Phoenix women’s basketball coach Kevin Borseth has completed his coaching staff for 2013-14 with the addition of Alex Antonen as director of women’s basketball operations. A University of Minnesota grad, Antonen brings more than four years of combined NCAA and WNBA experience to the program, which finished 29-3 overall and 16-0 in Horizon League play last season. “Alex brings a lot of knowledge and experience to our program,” Borseth said, “and with his past experiences at the NCAA and WNBA levels I’m confident that he will do great things for our team.” Read more.
