Reminder: Applications for Online and Hybrid Program Development Grant due Friday, May 3

The Center for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning (CATL) is writing with a reminder that for applications to this year’s Online and Hybrid Program Development Grant are due Friday, May 3, 2019. The objective of this grant is to provide a means for campus leaders to build, re-furbish, enhance or re-tool online programs. These programs can be groups of courses, be it established programs – such as major – or those which serve a common curricular function – such as capstone courses or – as with last year’s recipients – writing intensive courses. In scaling up from the course level to the group level, the Provost’s Office seeks to build on the good work done by the campus community in meeting the challenge of the Quality Initiative from the last round of HLC accreditation. Far from having the energy of Quality Matters dissipate, this grant program seeks to carry that work forward and energize the campus anew. You may find the application form on the website along with information to guide you along the application process. As questions arise, please do not hesitate to contact the Center at catl@uwgb.edu.
