Toft film wins ‘Best Documentary’ at Wildwood Festival

Educational Television Productions of Northeast Wisconsin (ETP-NEW, based on the UW-Green Bay campus) received the best documentary award at the 2014 Wildwood Film Festival for Emma Toft: One with Nature. “It is a tremendous honor,” said ETP-NEW Executive Director Dean Leisgang, who co-produced the film with Eileen Littig. The efforts of the Toft family decades ago has allowed Toft Point in Door County to remain a haven for wild flowers, animals, fauna, and white pines that educators, researchers, and outdoor enthusiasts utilize daily. The tract is managed by UW-Green Bay.
