A’viands offers heart-healthy cooking demo Thursday

Join A’viands Dietitian Jill Roup and Chef George Harper for an informative and fun cooking demonstration this Thursday (Feb. 2) in the Leona Cloud Commons. Recipes featuring heart-healthy ingredients will be featured.  The demonstration begins at noon.  No RSVP or fee required, and this event is open to the public.
