Whether you want to get fit or help others achieve their goals, the Kress Events Center has a program for you. The center’s personal trainers will offer “A Healthy Countdown to Spring Break!,” a workout class devoted to exercising and eating right, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4 in the KEC Poolside Room. From there, weekly workouts will be held at 6:30 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. This lifestyle-focused class is free for students, faculty/staff and Kress members.

And if you’re ready to take your fitness to the next level, consider the Kress Center’s Group Fitness Instructor Training Program. There’s an informational meeting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6 in the Poolside Room. No previous experience is necessary for this eight-week training program, which will meet from 7:30-9 p.m. Sunday nights starting Feb. 10.
