10/31/2017 - WTAQ covers Viking House ribbon-cutting

UW-Green Bay held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for it’s newest addition, a one-of-a-kind Norwegian Viking house. WTAQ covered the story. The home was donated by Owen and Elspeth Christianson. The pair have been studying Scandinavia’s Viking age for more than 40 years. The pair hand built the replica home and donated it to UW-Green Bay.

10/31/2017 - Director of opiod initiatives is a UW-Green Bay alumnus

Wisconsin Department of Health Services announced that Paul Krupski ’02 (Social Change and Development) has been selected as director of opioid initiatives. The position helps lead the states efforts to end the opioid crisis in Wisconsin. Fox 11 has the story.
