03/15/2017 - Campus mourns passing of retiree Edward Phelps

Log editors learned of the passing of Edward Joseph Phelps, 91, Denmark, on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Phelps was employed as a UW-Green Bay maintenance supervisor for 30 years, retiring in 1989. The Green Bay Press-Gazette lists the full obituary.
